The Story Behind Evergreen Farms
One of the things I appreciate most about Evergreen Farms is that it doesn't feel like a wedding factory.
The venue was lovingly transformed by owners Jessica and Michael, who purchased the property and reimagined a former 1950s chicken coop into what is now known as "The Coop." Throughout the property, you can see evidence of their vision and care.
The result is a wedding venue that feels intentional, welcoming, and deeply connected to its roots.
There are plenty of wedding venues that look beautiful in photos. Evergreen Farms feels like a place that was built with people in mind.
And as a photographer, that makes all the difference.
Why I Photographed It This Way
I don't arrive at weddings with a shot list of moments I'm trying to manufacture. I'm not looking for the same photos I took last weekend. What interests me are the things that make this wedding different from every other wedding.

As a documentary wedding photographer, that's something I value tremendously. Because years from now, the details will matter.
