The stuff you didn't think to photograph.

My favorite photographs are usually the ones that weren't asking for attention.

The ordinary stuff, the funny stuff, the way the light hits a room, the chaos of an ordinary afternoon, the strange little things your kids do. The things most people pass by, or you might not think to photograph. That's often where I find something worth keeping.

Based in Connecticut, I photograph families throughout New England. Sessions are photographed digitally, on 35mm film, or a mix of both.

In Their words

I finally got to sit down and look at the pictures. oh. my. god. They are amazing!!! I love them so much. You have such a talent. I don't know how you got so many amazing ones with everyone running around in separate directions. I am forever grateful for all these photos.

Where We Shoot—and Why It Works

Outdoors? Sure. But no fairy tale required.

Kids don’t do fairy tales. They run, climb, and stop to stare at bugs. They don’t pose on command (and if they do, it’s usually suspicious). Give me some good light, some space, and a kid doing their own thing. I can work with that.

Indoors? “But my house is a disaster…”

Cool. No judgment. I’m not here for the baseboards or to recreate a Pottery Barn catalog. We can move a few things around, find some good light, and settle in. Whether your toddler is busy doing their thing or your newborn is snoozing in your arms, there's plenty to photograph right where you are.

The good stuff lives here, too.
